Cape Grace is showcasing a popular trio of wine estates in their final Tasting Menu series for 2015. Running until the 20th of December, Executive Chef Malika van Reenen and her team will be pairing decadent gourmet dishes with De Trafford, Keermont and Kleinood wines, all situated in the beautiful Upper Blaauwklippen Valley.
Some of the items on the menu include caramelised pork belly, seared scallop with salted popcorn, biltong-cured ostrich, crispy lamb shoulder and strawberry shortcake.
With thanks to Cape Grace's award-winning Sommelier, Marlvin Gwese, Signal Restaurant has hosted some prestigious estates this year, including Rall, Bizoe and Migliarina, Groote Post, Chamonix and Newton Johnson, to name but a few. In 2016, the restaurant team look forward to working with Graham Beck, Steenberg Vineyards and many more.

The Tasting menu including wine is R825 per person / excluding wine is R540 and the Vegetarian menu, including wine is R780 / R495 excluding wine.
